This is the most luscious jam made with beautiful falling-off-the-tree-ripe apricots from Naylor Organic Farms. The flavor is rich, fresh and sweet with just a touch of pure vanilla. It reminds me of my mother's apricot tart. It has the perfect balance of sweet, tart and mellow vanilla. You could spread it on a toasted sourdough English muffin or use as a crepe filling but I'll bet you'll find yourself eating it straight out the jar (like me!).
