I was astonished at how mild and sweet these grapefruit were when I first spotted them at the local farmers market. They're a cross between a pomelo and a white grapefruit. Naturally I thought to make a marmalade out of them. Results? Thick, sweet and grapefruity brightened with meyer lemon with a hint of fennel. Pairs well with a nutty brie and rustic cracker or a thick slice of toasted, hearty sourdough.
