These short-season oranges are a favorite around here with a deep citrusy flavor and a hint of raspberry. This marmalade is made from Tarocco oranges which are the sweetest variety. It is chock full of tender peel suspended in a sweet mellow syrup. Put a couple dollops in a blender with cream cheese for a delicious spread or turn up the heat and add a pinch of Arbol chili flakes and serve with cheese and crackers. Of course, it's perfect on seeded sourdough toast with a cup of tea!
