Much to my surprise these white raspberries tasted more raspberry-y than the red ones I've tried. Who knew! These charming, pale-yellow berries produce a lovely jam with a slight resemblance to salsa verde but with the unmistakable raspberry flavor. Delicious on toasted sourdough English muffins or for a surprising look on top of vanilla ice cream!
